2. Appointment Booking and Cancellation

• Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via a confirmation message.
• Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit made.
• Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to accommodate subsequent appointments, or the need to reschedule, with potential charges.
